The first of these meetings was hold last year and {iroved a groat success. Schools competing n tO'day's sports arc:—Mount Albert Grammar, Auckland Grammar, Kings ( . College, Sacred Heart, St. Stephen's, Seddon Memorial College and Takapuna Grammar. ... .„ Senior and junior championstiips will bp decided, running events ranging from 100 yards to ono mile, \vhile hurdle races and broad and high jumping are also included in the programme. Tho first eysnt will Ji commence at 1.30. During the afternoon musical selections will be rendered by the hand of the Jubilee Institute for tho Blind. Afternoon tea will be dispensed Jn the pavilion. A collection will be taken up at the gates in aid of tho sports funds of tho various school*.
