TO REDUCE WEIGHT.
It is surprising what a difference can inften bo made in one's weight by such small things as never drinking with rnea s. limiting soups, sauces and all in between meals," eating toast or biscuits instead of bread, or by strictly reducing one meal a day—preferably breakfast or lunch—tb a bare minimum, such as toast and butter with fresh fruit or, a crisp salad. Drastic reduction is always dangerous, and .by very simple —almost uunoticeablo limitations —it is possible to bring tho weight within tho desired limits within 11 month or two Even if the discrepancy is - too great to bridge so quickly. Nature will accomplish the transition much moro safely and surely if it fa attempted by quiet measures.
