MAINTENANCE CLAIM FAILS.

"You cannot leave your husband bocause'he is a disagreeable man," said Mr. Wyverfo Wilson, S.M., in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court to-day, to Agnes Morgan, \who was applying for a maintenance orVler against her husband, John Thomas Morgan. Plaintiff Vnid that her husband had several limes ' threatened to take the lives of him?; !f arad his family. As a consequence oi thf'se threats her adult children had bror'ht I tor to Hamilton to live with them. She Aas married iu 1001 and (hero wcr n n*e children of the marriage. In dismissing the information the magistrate said That, if a woman left her husband without\ sufficient cause ho was under 110 obiigattVin to maintain her. The matrimonial contnnct was too important for people to appear in Court and give indefinite) evidcuo \ concerning it.
