BEQUESTS MADE UNDER WILL.
SEVERAL BODIES BENEFIT.

Under tho will of the late Sir Georgo Fenwick tho following legacies of a public and charitablo nature have boon made:—Patients and Prisoners' Aid Society, £350; Otago Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, £150; general church fund of tho Anglican Church of Dunedin, £150; Art Gallery Society, £150; St. Mary's Orphanage, Mornington, £l5O.
After certain events in the course of tho administration of the estate have occurred, tho following additional legacies will bo payable:—Dunedin Art Gallery Society, £250; Patients and Prisoners' Aid Society, £300; Otago Socioty for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, £200: general church fund of the Anglican (Jhurch of Dunedin, £250. During the course ot his life Sir George Fcnwick was a generous subscriber to many societies and bodies having for their objects tho relief of persons affected by distress, and for this reason his testamentary benefactions were limited to tho above-mentioned institutions, which lay especially closo to his heart.
