COMING BIOGRAPHY.
Tho writer of tho lifo of Sir Edward Marshall Hall is Mr. Edward Marjofibanks, who was recently elected Conservative M.P. for Eastbourne'. Tho Earl of Birkenhead will contribute an introduction, and among the pictures will be illustrations of many of the weapons from Sir Edward Marshall Hall's collection of criminal implements. Sir Edward will also appear soon in another book, " Success of a Solicitor/' edited by Mr. Edward Maltby.
