Special Meeting of the Raglan County Council, held on Wednesday, the 11th day of September, 1929, the following Resolution was passed and will to submitted for confirmation to the Ordinarv Meeting of the Council to bo held on WEDNESDAY, the 9th day of October, 1929, at the County Office, Ngaruawahia, by way of-Special Order:— RESOLUTION. In pursuance nnd exercise of tho power* conferred on it by Section lfiß of the Counties Act, 1920. tho Raglan County Council, on (ho petition of a majority of the Ratepayers' of tho District hereinafter mentioned. resolves and declares by way of Special Order, as follows: 1. The part of tho County of Raglan desscrined in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a. district for the purpose of the Construction of Drainage Works therein. 2. The name of the said District shall b« the " Ruawaro Drainage District." 8. This Special Order shall take effect on tho 10th October, 1929. t SCHEDULE.
