"TALKIES" AT CAMBRIDGE.
Equipment for talking pictures has been ordered by Amalgamated Theatres, Limited, for the Cambridge Town Hall. This installation is tho largest that has been arranged for a country centre, and it is being set up at a total cost of £4OOO. It is expected that the first exhibition of talking pictures will bo given in Cambridge in about thrco weeks' time.
