iTAXICAB OVER A CLIFF.
Frederick Chambers, a taxicab driver, of Drunimovne, says a Sydney newspaper, had a terrifying experience recently when his cab struck a bad rut, veered off the road, and fell about 200 ft. ovor the cliff. The machine hurtled downward, turning over and over as it struck projecting bouldors and saplings. It finally lodged, greatly damaged, in a thicket. A passing motorist saw the wreckage and climbed down to rescue Mr. Chambers, who had been seriously injured. 110 >vu3 admitted to a hospital.
