WOMAN'S MOTOR RECORD.
OVER 100 MILES AN HOUR.
LONDON. Sept. 11
For the first time in the history of motoring a woman has driven at over 100 miles an hour.
Miss G. M. Stewart, who recently crossed tho North Sea in her husband's speed-boat, covered 101 miles and 962 yds. in an hour at (ho track at Montlhery, Franco, using a 966 c.a. Morgan-Jap cycle-car. This constituted a world's record fur three wheeled machines under 1100 c.c. engine capacity.
