RECOMMENDATION ADOPTED

United Service. LONDON, Sept. 18. From to-day all tho Imperial Airways' cross-Channel aeroplanes will be threecngined. This is in accordance with the recommendation of the Court of Inquiry into tho City of Ottawa disaster of July 15.
