SUCCESSFUL DANCE.
Hie staff of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company. Ltd.. held an enjoyable dance in the " Tower Tea Room on Tuesday evening. The music was supplied by A! Clarke's Orchestra. Among those present were: Mrs. T. L. Couper, who wore apple green brocaded crepe de chine; Mrs. B. Buckrell, black taffeta; Mrs. R. Purdy, almond green marocain; Mrs. S. W. Foote, green georgette and silver trimmings; Mrs. Saunders, embroidered lemon georgette: Miss Thelma O'Donnoll, black panne velvet and shawl; Miss Lorne Marshall, apricotshaded crepe de chine; Miss Florence Edmonds, japonica and gold shot taffeta ; Miss Phvliis Yockney, eau de ml taffeta; Miss E. Wilcox, sea green petalled georgette; Miss D. Hill, blue crepe de chine and silver lace; Miss Thomas, shell pink taffeta and tuile; Miss G. Burns, apricot georgette; Miss K. Hunt, blush pink taffeta and silver trimming; Miss M. McCrystal. green crepe de chine; Miss M. Rvan, sea foam green crepe de chine; Miss M. Fletcher, black ring velvet and shawl; Miss M. Amyes, shell pink georgette and silver lace; Miss Bailev, jade georgette; Miss K. Amyes, cerise and gold lame and georgette; Miss H. O'Connor, rose panne velvet; Miss N. O'Connor, cherry georgette: Miss Btirgess. lemon taffeta and frilled skirt; Miss L. Mason, peach georgette and uneven hem: Miss L. Linton, rose crepe de chine and Maltese lace shawl.
