FRENCH FOREST FIRES.
BLAZE STARTED BY BOYS.
CONFESSION AFTER ARREST. United Service. LONDON, Aug. 11. A message from Cannes says the mystery of recent disastrous forest fires, which were responsible for damage totalling hundreds of thousands of francs, has been cleared up by the arrest of a boy aged 13, Raymond Pacaud, who. lias confessed that ho started the fires, in order to see the firemen and soldiers at work. He has an accomplice aged 10.
