TRIBUTE TO PRESIDENT,

Constitution Day was celebrated throughout Germany to-day. Thousands of persons wero addressed by the President, Marshal von Ilindenburg, and tho Minister of tho Interior, Herr Severing, who paid a tributo to Marshal Ilindenburg. He referred to tho President as " our leader in Oermany's darkest hour, whose life and work shall be our symbol for tho future."
Communist attempts to cause trouble were checked by the police.
