BLOCKHOUSE BAY BUSES.

Sir, —T beg to draw attention to tho inconvenience of the bus service to Blockhouse Bay. We have at present Ihrco different starting points and two different routes from tho city to the bay. Tho first buses from the city leave Sturdeo Street from 7.2 a.m. to 8.42. a.m., .and from then 011 till 4.45 p.m a tram must bo taken from Customs Street to Mount Albert then connecting by bus to Blockhouse Bay. From 4.45 to 5.40 p.m. again from -Sturdeo Street, then back to the feeder service via Mount Albert till 11 p.m. On Sundays the buses leave Pitt Street for the bay. The fact that I wish to stress is, with three different starting points and two different routes it causes great confusion to visitors and residents also I venture to say that any individual or company starting a transport service would not put so many difficulties in the way ot the travelling public. Old Resident.
