CARS IN COLLISION.
MISHAP AT WHANGAREI. [by telegraph.— own correspondent.] WHANGAREI, Sunday. A motoring accident occurred after the Harding Shield Rugby match yesterday afternoon when a car driven by Mr. C, Rasmussen, and a service car, driven by Mr. Joseph Norman, of Hikurangi, came into violent collision. Mr. Rasmussen left Kensington Park after attending the lootball match and was proceeding across Kamo Road into Nixon Street when tho collision occurred. Mr. Norman was driving from Hikurangi. Both cais were severely damaged. The right front wheel, mudguard and bonnet of Mr. Rasmussen V ear were smashed while the right front wheel and mudguard of the other car were smashed.
