A charge of forgery was preferred fit tho Ohura Magistrate's Court to-day against Walter Leslie Cusack and another man whose namo was suppressed.' Accused vveip charged that, on March 20, at Tokirima, they forged a letter purporting it to have been written and signed by tho postmaster at Tokirima. The accused whoso namo was suppressed pleaded guilty and wan committed for sentence at tho next sitting of the Supremo Court at Hamilton. Cusack pleaded not guilty and was committed for trial.
