DEVONPORT YACHT CLUB.
PRESENTATION OF PRIZES. . The annual presentation of prizes of the Devonport Yacht Club was made at a smoke concert in the Masonic Ilall, Devonport., last evening Hie president, Mr. G. Trevithick, presided over a largo attendance of members and visitors, including representatives of all the local yacht and launch clubs. The commodore, Mr. G. McKcnzie, extended a welcome to the visitors, and called upon Mr. E. Aldiidge, Mayor of Dovonport, and vice-patron of the club, to distribute the trophies. The most important trophies were won by the following:—Rakoa, Duder Cup; Delvilln, HeraM) Cup; Secret, Edwin Cup; Fay, Jollicoe Cup; special 18-foot class, Maraten, rose bowl. An enjoyable musical programme was given.
