TIMBER TRADE STRIKE.
ONE YARD REOPENED.
TRADES COUNCIL CONTROL
SYDNEY, July 16. Tho secretary of tho Trades and Labour Council, Mr. Jock Garden, stated to-day: "Wo are prepared to open every timber yard in Sydney and suburbs on the same conditions as those at Bosenfeld's yard." Asked what those conditions were Mr. Garden replied: "We took over Bosenfeld's yard and are running it. This action hns been endorsed by tho Sydney Suburban Timber Merchants' Association and the. Labour Disputes Committee. What hinders all the other yards being opened on the same terms?"
