EARTHQUAKE FUNDS.
Sir,—l see the Primo Minister is proposing to put out at interest the funds that have been so liberally given for the benefit ot the sufferers from the earthquake. Surely there will bo a keen protest against such action. I consider it is adding insult to injury to tho many who have given for their fellow creatures. Why not engage someone honest and capable (o see the money is dealt out in a manner satisfactory to all concerned ? A Scnscp.ir.Eii.
