RETURNING FROM AUSTRALIA

Tlio two cruisers of the Now Zealand

Division of tho Royal Navy, 11.M.5. Duriedin and 11.M.5. Diomede, which have Leon engaged in manoeuvres off tho Australian coast, aro expected to leave Melbourne to-morrow for Ilobart. Both warships will leave for Now Zealand on duly 25, Iho Dunedin for Wellington and tho Diomede for Auckland, arriving on July 30. If there is time tho Duncdm will go to Wellington from Ilobart, via Milford Sonne!. She is duo at Auckland from Wellington on August 22. On September 5 the warship will leave for Wellington, arriving back at Auckland on September 20. She will leave gn September 30 for a cruise to bo arranged by the new commodore.

Tho Diomede will leave Auckland on August 7, spending 10 days at Lyttelton from August 9, threo days at Picton.from August 20 six days at Nelson from August 24, and arriving at Wellington on August 30. Sho will leave Wellington on September 7 for Auckland, and upon her arrival hero on September 9 will refit. Tho warship will ho docked from Septomber 17 to September 24. Tho Diomede will lcavo Auckland for England on October 1. Tho transfer of ratings remaining in New Zealand waters in 11.M.5. Dunedin will bo effected between September 20 and September 30.
