FRESH SOURCE OF TROUBLE. EFFECT OF STONE DUSTING. SYDNEY, Jul;? 13. While the peace conference is being held in Sydney far reopening the Northern mines, an independent dispute over stone dusting threatens to tlrow the southern coalfields idle next week. The managements of the mines insist that the miners shall carry out stone dusting, hut the miners refuse to do it, on the ground that it is injurious to their health.
