The Rev. R. Hailey Trill, vicar of To Awamutu, has accepted charge of the Kailaia parish, North Auckland. He cx- * peels to leave Te Awamutu early in September.
Mr. G. E. Cartwright, manager of tlie National Bank at Onr.liunga, has born promoted to the managership of the New Plvmouth branch. He has been succeeded by Mr. K. Bell, of New Plymouth.
