HIGHEST TOTAL SINCE 1891
(Received July 12, 9.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 12
The Commonwealth Statistician reports tho number of sheep in Australia as 106,000,000. which is the highest number since 1891. Of these 53,000,000 are dopasturing in New South Wales, 17,000,000 in Victoria, and 18,000,000 in Queensland.
