SECTION IN OTAHUHU TOWN. PRICE OF £BO A FOOT. After spirited bidding a section at the cornel of Great South Road and Avenue Road Otahuhu, was sold at auction yesterday by C F Bennett, Limited, for £2625 The section, which has a frontage ->f 35ft. by a depth of 110 ft., is situated iv the business centre of the town, the price being equal to about £BO a foot. A two-storeyed residence of nine rooms in Mount Eden Road, with a frontage of 42ft., offered at auction yesterday by George Walker, Limited, realised £IOOO. The bidding was very keen. A farmlet of about five acres in School Road, Henderson, offered at auction yesterday by Samuel Vaile and Sons, Limited, realised £950.
