A varied programme of band selections, songs and elocutionary items was supplied to the enjoyment of all present. It was originally intended that tho concert should bo hold in aid of the funds of the Titirangi soldiers' memorial church, but it was considered by tho church trustees that the earthquake fund represented a more urgent need. Thanks to the members of the band and to those who attended were expressed by Mr.-T. A. Bishop at the close of tho programme. The proceeds, amounting to £8 8s 3d, have been paid into tho Herald fund.
