ASSEMBLY OF LEAGUE.
DELEGATES FROM BRITAIN.
VISCOUNT CECIL'S ASSISTANCE. British Wireless. RUGBY, July 4. The Secretary of Slate for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Arthur Henderson, announced in the House of Commons that the British delegates to the next meeting of the League of Nations Assembly would be: — The Prime Minister, Mr. Mac Donald; the President of tlio Board of Trade, Mr. William Graham, for part of tTie time; Viscount Cecil; Sir Cecil Hurst, legal adviser to the Foreign Office; Dr. Hugh Dal ton, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs; Mrs. Swanwick, who was a delegate in 1924; Mrs. Hamilton, of the International Labour Office; Mr. Philip Baker; and Mr. Henderson.
At tho request of the Government Lord Cecil would also represent Britain at tho meetings of the Preparatory Commission on Disarmament.
