ALGAR VERSUS TASKER. (hV TELEOMAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] WELLINGTON. Friday The Court of Appeal did not think it necessaiy to hear counsel for respondent in tho case Algar versus Tasker, in which appellants appealed against a judgment of tho Supremo Court which allowed a claim by tho Public Trustee for tho return of moneys paid by Tasker to Algar .ind his wife, on tho ground that Tasker was mentally defective. Tho Court reserved its decision.
