REDUCTION FAVOURED. SIR J. CARRUTHERS' WARNING. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. HONOLULU. June 20. Sir Joseph Carruthers said to-day that Australia favoured the reduction of armaments, but Tie uttered a warning against " letting mad docs loose in the world."
