LABOUR PROBLEM.
DISCUSSION AT GENEVA. United Service. GENEVA, June 20. Certain set-Lions of a questionnaire issued by the Labour Office on the matter of forced labour, as a result of the discussions at the International Labour Conference in the past three weeks, virtually aim to supersede the functions of the Mandates Commission and the League of Nations. They place the responsibility for the eradication of forced labour in the hands of a committee of experts to be appointed by tlie Labour Office. The questionnaire was adopted.
