a common Complaint. Aching feet are a common complaint. They are a trouble that cannot be avoided. Many people have to stand for a greater part of the working day. That makes it easier for them to get aching fe6t, but even in their case the trouble need not arise. You must have boots or shoes that fit, that are not too tight or too loose, but allow free play for the muscles of the foot and toes without shifting about. Whenever you are at rest, put your feet U P- . . , ■Every morning do a few rising and sinking exercises on and off tho toes. Then put the feet under water and rub them briskly afterwards.'
