FISH MOULD.
One breakfast cupful breadcrumbs, one and a-half breakfast cupfuls of white fish, one teaspoonful of parsley, three eggs, pepper, salt find milk. First beat the three eggs, add half teacupful of milk. Mix all the ingredients and steam in a buttered mould for one hour. When cooked, pour some white sauce over and serve with thin bread and butter.
