LAWN TENNIS.
NGATARINGA CLUB. Tlie annual meeting of the "Ngataringa Lawn Tennis Club was held in the club's pavilion at Stanley Bay. . The balance-sheet showed the finances to be in a very sound position, due mainly to the art union held last winter, which realised over £l2O profit. The year ended with a credit balance of £2O. The outstanding event in the past year was the erection of a fine pavilion, which was due to the untiring efforts of the club officials members. A silvor cup, donated by Messrs. A. Kolui, Ltd., and a shield, donated by Messrs. Johns Bros., were accepted by the club for annual competition. v The following officers were elected: — President, Mr. C. M. Browne; secretary, Mr. L. S. Bates j treasurer, Mr. F. E. T. Stevenson. V
