SETTLING SMALL DISPUTES.

COMMENT MADE BY JUDGE. TAKING UP TIME OF COURT. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHEISTCHURCH, Friday. Reference to the number of small disputes which were brought before tho Arbitration Court was mado to-day by Mr. Justice Frazer, when commenting on evidence during tho freezing workers' dispute. "Such disputes," said His Honor, "should bo settled outside. Besides taking up the time of the Court, over matters more or less trivial, it appears as though a spirit of antagonism actuates parties in such cases. There have been a number of freezing works' disputes lately and it seems to me that ono or two could have reasonably been settled by the Disputes Committee."
