REFORM IN WAIKATO.
CONFIDENCE IN MR. COATES. [BT telegraph.—own correspondent.] CAMBRIDGE, Friday. A complimentary dinner to Mr. D.Stewart Reid, former M.P. for Waikato, was tendered by Reform Party supporters at Cambridge this evening. Mr. T. ; A. Ilicks presided over a large gathering of representatives from districts between Morrinsville and Cambridge. A vote of continued confidence in the Rt. Hon. J. G-. Coates and in the policy of the Reform Party was carried.
