CONFERENCE IN BRISBANE. (Received May 24, 7.*15 p.m.) BRISBANE, May 21. At tlio Australian conference of the Grand Lodge of the Independent Order of Oddfellows Mr. L. Deans Ritchie (New Zealand) was to-day elected Grand Sire, Mr. A. A. Watson (New South Wales), Deputy Grand Sire, and Mr. M. E. Cantor (Western Australia) treasurer. Mr. W.i Newton (New South Wales) was elected secretary.;
