A TASTY MEAT PUDDING.
Try a meat pudding with a filling of layers of pork, rabbit, onion, and potato, with well-seasoned gravy. It is excellent, and forms a complete dinner in itself. II possible, serve a nice dish of some green vegetable with it. During the winter you will do well to go in largely for greens and all available salads, for to neglect them results in ali sorts of spring troubles later in the year.
