South Island Rugby trial match at Wellington on June 3:— B. Geddes (wing-three-quarter), B. McEwan (wing-forward), R. M. Bird (forward), S. Batcheler (lock). J. R. Bell and A. W. Holden were not .vailable. Geddes is a son of the selector, and is a dashing wing-threequarter. He i 3 the Otago and Southland sprint champion. He competed in the national championships, running third to Elliott, of Auckland, in the 100 yds. event. MATCHES AT TE AROIIA. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TE AROHA, Tuesday. The following is tho draw for next Saturday's Rugby matches at Te Atoha:— Seniors: Waibou v. Terriers, at To Aroha; City v. Hot Springs, at To Aroha. Juniors: Elstow v. Terriers, at To Aroha; City v. Waibou. at Waibou. Third grade: City v. Terriers, at Te Aroha.
