MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.
The Hon. G. W. Forbes, Minister of Lands and Agriculture, was in the Waiuku and Pukekohe distiicts yesterday. He will visit Te Kauwhata this morning and inspect portion of the Whangamarino Swamp in the afternoon. Deputations will be received at Mercer in the evening. To-morrow the Minister will visit Maramarua, Waitakaruru and Ngatea, staying the night at Kerepehi. He will be in the Hauraki and Thames electorates until next Tuesday.
