ANOTHER GERMAN SHIP. JSEYDLITZ RAISED TO SURFACE. Times Cable. LONDON, May 12. The German battle-cruiser Seydlitz, 25,000 tons, accompanied by three German tugs, was towed into Kosyth Harbour bottom upwards. She had been brought from Scarpa Flow, where she was raised to the surface from a depth of 80ft.
