Mr. Morton states he is withholding hia- resignation from the secretary o£ the board until arrangements have- been made to elect a rew representative. The Onehunga Borough Council 1 will probably arrange with Mr. S- Gray,, town clerk at Mount Eden,, who acted as SBcrstascy for the local bodies, to call: for nominar tions from the bodies represented by Mr:. Morton.,
