SERIOUS CHARGE FAILS. A Maori. Tongi Te Ngaero Davis. aged 19 (Mr. Trimmer), sfoocl trial before Mr. Justice. Kennedy in Hv Supreme Court vesterday on ft charge of ravnal know--ledge. The jurv found tl.o accused not guilty.
