[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRES3 ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Thursday. The appointment of the following to the Teachers' Appeal Board is announced in the Gazette: —Andrew Duncan Thomson( chairman), A. Bell and W. W. Bird, department representatives; T. Brodie and F. Hyde Campbell, secondary school teachers; F. W. Martin and R. J. Thompson, technical school teachers; A. J. C. Hall, H. F. Penlington, G. T. Palmer and D. D. Steadman, primary teachers.
