DEATH OF HUSBAND. [BV telegraph.— press association.] TIMAEU. Wednesday. Tho jury gave a verdict for defendant in a civil case to-day, in which Mary Catherine Mangin, of Tornuka, claimed £2OOO from Hector Andrew Sim, farmer, of Carew. as tho result of the death of plaintiff's husband through alleged negligent driving of a car by defendant in King Street, Temuka, on February 13.
