AUCKLAND BANKRUPTCIES.

DECREASE LAST MONTH. YEAR'S TOTAL STILL AHEAD. There was a considerable decrease in the number of bankruptcies in the Auckland district in April, compared with March, the respective figures being 11 and 20. There were 10 bankruptcies in February. In April of last year there were seven.
