CHARGE NOT SUSTAINED.
MARINE COURT'S DECISION. / _ (Received April 30, 9.35 p.m.) MELBOURNE. April 30. The Marine Court which inquired into Ihe^collision between the Kaituna and the Selje on March 29 decided that the charge of failure of duty against Cecil Vincent, third mate of the Kaituna had not been sustained.
