LOAN FOR ADDITIONS. [fiY TELEGRAM.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] OTOROHANGA, Monday. A poll of ratepayers was held on a proposal to borrow £I7OO for tho purpose of additions to tho Town Hall and the erection of a rest room and Plunket room attached to the building. Tho proposal was carried by 24 votes to 4.
