OCCUPANTS' HASTY EXIT.
[BY TELEGRAM. —rRESS ASSOCIATION.] GREYMOUTH, Monday. Fire this morning destroyed a tonroomed house known as Fcrnhill, in 'Alexander Street, Creymouth. Nothing was saved, and the occupants had to escape in their night attire. The house, which was owned by Mr. M. Molan and occupied by Mr. J, Ross and family, was to have been sold by auction to-day. It v;as insured for £BOO in the State,/ Office, but there was no cover on the contents.
