CELERY PIE.

This is rather an unusual dish, and a pleasing variation from macaroni cheese, although it is prepared in almost tho same manner. Cook the celery till quite tender, strain thoroughly and cut into small squares. Mix with this the. usual ingredients of macaroni cheese, but do not use as largo a quantity of macaroni; add some finely-chopped pieces of bacon, cover with a layer of bread crumbs and small lumps of butter, atid bake in a hot oven.
