'A bitter debate occurred in the House of Representatives about the killing of a bootlegger 21 years of age. " You send an orchid and champagne squad (0 night, clubs to entertain the hostesses," said the speaker, " but you call out an assassin squad to shoot poor people elsewhere who are trying to make 'a living out of liquor."
