The annual Xcith Auckland chainpionshio cycle road race from Darsaville to NVhunsarci nnd back, a distance of 74J miles, was decided yesterday. Twelve riders started and W. Faithful!. off the 10 minutes' mark, won easily. Ihe scratch man. Slater Hayes, of Auckland, had the bad luck to miss the road twice and finished sixth. Details are:— W. Faithful!
